GROOVE is a fun, feel-good dance experience where great music and simple movements give you the freedom to dance your own way!
Unlike traditional dance classes, there are no complicated routines to remember and no right or wrong steps. Just follow a few simple movement suggestions, add your own style and enjoy moving to the music.
Suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. No dance experience needed, just come as you are and move in a way that feels good to you. You can't get it wrong on the GROOVE dance floor!
