BATS Theatre group proudly presents ONE ACT PLAYS – GREED, POWER AND CONFUSION

Don’t miss out on an unforgettable night of live theatre!  Laughter, drama and heart – it’s all happening on the BATS stage.

Elizabeth the Third – Written by Ian Austin and directed by Sommer Darsana – A ‘long lost’, but rich Aunt Elizabeth is calling for the first time; good impressions must be made to secure a mention in her will, but hilarious confusion reigns supreme as three Elizabeths turn up for a triple dose of mistaken identity.

House Hunter – Written and directed by Jacqui Mata Luque – Peggy's husband Albert passed away five weeks ago. A woman attending his funeral offered to help Peggy sort out the paperwork involved with his passing and visits every day to make sure Peggy is alright, claiming she has known Albert for many years at the local lawn bowls club. Confused in her grief and loss she agreed.

The Greatest Speech in the History of Humankind – Written and directed by Bruce Olive - In the year 2050 the President of the world must make the greatest speech in the history of humankind in order to save the human race. Unfortunately, there is no autocue, the speech can’t be found, and he doesn’t know what to say…
